Soul Nova, Saturday July 8th, 2023 from 1-4pm

If you are a woman that needs to feel more peace, balance and stillness, Soul Nova is for you. 

As women, we give so much to others and sometimes our needs are put on the back burner. This sacred space of Soul Nova was designed to help you connect to your still small voice and connect with your inner wisdom. Soul Nova helps build resilience and a framework of protection.  

Soul Nova includes:

• A light lunch & intro to Soul Nova and immersive guided meditation
• As we eat, a quick check-in with each with an optional share of our highs & lows from the week
• An immersive guided meditation
• Soul journaling
• An opportunity to share anything that came up during the meditation (sharing is optional)

I have everything you'll need including:

• Yoga mats
• Blankets
• Eye covers
• Bolsters
• Journals
• Pens
• Comfy socks as a gift to you!
